Rotacek Ground Spinners from Klasek Fireworks
Quite simply the most fun you can have with little fireworks, ground spinners have recently been made legal in the uk as they now conform to CE regulations.
These require a relatively flat non grass area to work, simply light and stand back 1m and watch it spin like a catherine wheel on the floor. They only last 7 seconds each due to current regulations but they are still incredibly fun.
